In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer cheese, then chiles (washed and cut open). Make 2 layers. In small bowl, mix milk, flour and eggs. Pour mixture over chiles evenly. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour salsa over top and bake another 15 minutes. Serves 8-10. Sweet and Savory Meatballs. 188; c. dry bread crumbs.

Taco dip: Michelle Boyd. 1 can refried beans. 1 pint sour cream. 1 package taco seasoning. 1 small can sliced olives. 1 medium to large tomato, chopped. Nutmeg Milk: Michelle Boyd. This is a yummy alternative to hot chocolate! 1 1/2 cups sugar.

From My Plate to Yours. Monday, December 31, 2007. Larger Aebelskiver recipe: Michelle Boyd. 1 quart buttermilk (plus a little extra). 6-8 tsp baking powder. 2 tsp baking soda. Mix buttermilk with flour, adding flour 1 cup at a time. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs to mixture one at a time. Cook! Approx 1 lb. ground beef (or turkey or combination beef/turkey). 188; c. dry bread crumbs. 189; c. chopped onion. 1 egg, slightly beaten. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes. 2 T brown sugar. 2 tsp soy sauce. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. From My Plate to Yours. Tuesday, February 5, 2008. In India this slightly sweet soup would made vegetarian, leaving out the bacon, and might be served for breakfast. The freshness of the cilantro combined with the heartiness of the cauliflower and potato make this a favorite for winter in my house. 1 head caulifower, cut into florets. 2 potatoes, cut into cubes. 4-6 c chicken or vegetable stock. 1-2 tbsp olive oil or bacon grease. 1-2 medium onions, thinly sliced. 1/2 tbsp curry powder (or less, to taste).

White Bread: Tamri Allen. 1 1/8 cups warm water. 3 cups flour (optional to use bread flour). 1 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 1/2 Tbs. butter or shortening. 1 1/2 Tbs. Dry milk. 1 1/2 tsp. yeast.
