Sunday, 23 May 2010. If You Go Down To The Woods Today. You're only young once so enjoy yourself! We made a movie to go with the song. Friday, 14 May 2010. The loops of the River Severn from the Blaize Bailey viewpoint. Staying at Whitemead in the Forest of Dean combined a base for woodland walks, with all of the benefits of saunas and steam rooms. Advice from a local led us to a fantastic bluebell valley and views across the Severn. A video. Doesn't do justice to the beauty of it all, but there you go.

Saturday, 25 December 2010. Waking up to icicles, one of which was 2 foot long, Christmas Day turned out clear blue, cold and bright. After some calls to Oz, we chucked the Turkey in the oven and prepared for guests. We had seen two kingfishers within a few 100m and more wildlife all the way down. Paddling quietly, we made about 20 kingfisher sightings and are confident that over 4 hours it wasn't the same bird each time! We even managed to get one on film.
