Saturday, 30 April 2011. These Shoes Are Made For Climbing. Even shoes made for climbing require feet in them, attached to a body made for climbing: Tim and Jerry. Rather met their match on a warm, windy afternoon in the hills. The Brooke Bond book of climbing said the routes attempted were extreme/severe which explained why Jerry had to be hoisted over most of it! Still, failing to try is not in our nature. Sunday, 30 October 2011. A Walk In The Park. We met up with the Eberts for a walk in the park. Somehow another godchild has snuck through 21 years: Zoe graciously returned to Mum and Dad to enjoy her party. With friends and family. A great excuse to update the older generation's dance moves - thanks for all the tips girls. Wednesday, 28 December 2011. We warmed up for two days of Christmas over indulgence at home, then sped South in time for a lunchtime feast at The Simpson's, followed by presents and Wii fun. On Boxing day we moved our eating operation to The Ebert's, where we piled into more Turkey and trimmings and did more present-ing and Wii-ing. We really enjoyed it all!
