2015: Back to Basics. Laquo; Ready to walk. Stress City Baby. ». March 23, 2015. Fell flat off the wagon. I researched and researched and came across the Mediterranean diet. Basically whole foods. Lots of vegis and fruits. Nuts for snacks. Lots of seafood. Limited red meat. Limited sugars. Wine, if I want, but I wont indulge :). Thats about the skinny. Nothing else exciting to report.
