Gift of Wings Charity. Was not an ordinary woman, and thus it seems fitting that she is remembered in an extraordinary way. On Stephanie's birthday this year we set up an endowed scholarship in her name at her alma mater Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
