Matthew's journey with Trisomy 18. Thursday, July 9, 2015. People have been asking how I am doing. I am so thankful to have so many caring people around us! We got a 4D ultrasound on Monday! Most of the time I am doing great. Once we/I got through the initial shock and grief, life became normal again but with a new future. Most of the time (truly the majority of the time) I am emotionally stable and life goes on the same as it did before but busier. He continued to kick a lot the rest of the evening.

We were quite busy that week so that helped to pass the time. On June 22nd we met with another high risk OB and a genetic counselor and had the option of doing an amniocentesis but chose to cancel that because the test came back positive.
