轉自 http:/ linlin0419.pixnet.net/blog/post/25192395. 今天的運動是阿魯巴慢跑俱樂部的週五固定團練，地點：國父紀念館，成員：我、亭、誠弼、菁菁、小明（首次登場）、清福、把噗、悌娜。 雖然經過上週五的大佳河濱公園10K的驚嚇，就以為我會放棄慢跑的話，就太不瞭解我啦～被嚇到的我，可是越挫越勇呢！ 今天做好準備，下班玩耍一陣就準備出發，雖然約七點鐘，不過我跟亭到的時候約6點半，先逛國父紀念館一圈，畢竟要先勘查一下地形。 遠遠的就看到師傅又帶著晚餐出現，真是！！運動前一小時不是不能吃東西嗎？！ 新手當然要先跑最短路徑，沿著國父紀念館逆時鐘的跑，感覺一下腳跟腳掌腳尖接觸地面的感覺，試試馬克說的二吸二吐，但是空氣好冰，鼻水都快留下來了～. 走走跑跑，好不容易邊走邊跑完3小圈，看到師傅清福在前面等我，要我跟跑嗎？好吧～試試看，有人陪比較不會感覺累，就像淡水健走一樣，聊聊天就會忘記腳酸。 跑完4個中圈也差不多了，畢竟第一次不要跑太過激烈，以免傷身，回去跟亭會合，就開始吃吃喝喝，打屁閒聊，後...附註揭露：清福說要跟我尬游蛙式1000m，但是跟冬...一、 活...
