Greg and Pat's Wanderings. Saturday, July 17, 2010. 4300 miles and home again. We apologize for doing such a poor job of keeping up with this blog. We are home about 8 days earlier than planned because our dog, Shadow, got very sick in California. He was diagnosed with a severe case of diabetes and we are giving him insulin shots twice a day. This is Multnomath Falls, the 2nd highest waterfall in the US. It was too high to capture in a single picture. Then we had a wonderful dinner with friends we winter with in Borrego Springs, CA. Greg and Pat's Wanderings. Sunday, June 28, 2015. Little Big Horn Battlefield. The Indian village that Custer and his men tried to attack is down by the trees and river. They never made it to the village. Little Big Horn Battlefield is a quiet and reflective place to visit. White grave markers are all over the hillsides marking the place where American soldiers died. Red gravestones mark the places where Indians died. The white stones vastly outnumber the red ones. Saturday, June 27, 2015. Day 3 - Montana.

Monday, July 27, 2009. Greg's dad Lin went in for his 2nd PET scan since receiving chemo and radiation and he is officially cancer free! I cannot tell you how happy, elated, relieved, thankful, etc. that we all are! God is soooo good! I think we were all a little worried-his last scan had shown a small spot on his lung and I think that for months we have been holding our breath waiting to get a confirmation on what it could be. It was apparently a shadow and not anything cancerous. A Happy Family of 5!

Crafting the Sweetest Life. Sunday, October 16, 2016. Kitchen Remodel is DONE! This post has been a long time coming! I am so excited to share with you what we decided to do with our kitchen. Looking toward the laundry room. Really dislike the faux painted wall of yellow and brown. Had our box flourescent light closed up and 4 can lights took its place. All that white counter top and back splash. It really showed our house's age. Still more white counters. White porcelain sink with a ton of scratchs.
