It's Now or Never. Sunday, July 5, 2015. Well, it's been two weeks since Grandma's marathon and the excitement is starting to wear off. Marshall and I have taken some recovery time and are ready to push forward to the fall racing season! A - Run "A" standard of sub 2:37. B - Run sub 2:40. It's Now or Never. Sunday, May 18, 2014. It's beginning to look a lot like marathon training. Very pretty country down there, Marshall pre-race. 20 mile long run. Two days later we backed the above workout up with 3 x 3 mile. Also taken place on the Frisco trail. Can you tell we love this trail? I wanted to run this workout with guns a-blazin', but Marshall assured me that we should taper it down since it was going to be 9 hard miles. Splits ended up being:. Weekly Review (5/5 - 5/11). 17 mile long run.
