Then 24 hours of waiting.although a few pieces were pulled from the kiln on reaching temperature,just to check. Pieces were passed around as they were unpacked. Rant whilst waiting.now getting on with life. Sunday, 26 July 2015. The old house is spotless,the sheds empty and garden nearly done. Now it is raining! Weather permitting, the moved Shed should go up tomorrow. And perhaps if we get enough work we'll be able to afford to stay in the new place next year when the rent raise comes in. Today, Andrew, our friend Steve, and I competed in our second North Florida Crossword Puzzle Tournament. Our team, The Wordsmiths, were Runners Up, finishing just 5 points. Behind the winners. The great fibro experiment. Monday, 26 March 2012. DD and I were sat listening to the radio on Sunday. There was a man on there who was proposing to walk the length of Hadrian's Wall for Sport Aid. DD was saying how he would love to do this barefoot. Being a part time barefooter I agreed, and said that I would love to join him, but would my health allow it? So here is the challenge. I don't for a second think I am going to leap up and walk 73 miles from the North Sea to the Irish sea. Me, Myself and I.
