Saturday, August 8, 2015. Carrefour and General Hospital. Next the team visited Haiti’s History Museum in downtown Porte au Prince. Throughout the tour we gained knowledge on what made Haiti the country it is today; starting from the discovery of the land by Christopher Columbus to more recent events. Overall, the tour was extremely informative, and in result our team is able to make an even deeper connection to Haiti. Continue to act for God, and he will supply you with what you need. Day 3: Water truck!

Monday, February 10, 2014. God is Enough by Steve Duede. I wondered why any one in Haiti would even want to follow God? On the outside looking in, they don’t seem very blessed? The poverty level here is unbelievable. Then it occurred to me that maybe, because they have nothing, God is everything. He’s all they have and all they need. Yes, God is still good and worthy to be praised, regardless of our circumstances! I knew that but now I saw it firsthand. Another lesson learned in Haiti. Where do I start?

Friday, December 6, 2013. Day 5 By Emily and Kalley. So many times in uncertain situations, our first instinct is to think of ourselves.
