After gracefully spanning the East Fork of the White River for 95 years, The Portersville Bridge has recently been renovated and turned into a pedestrian bridge over Fourteen Mile Creek in Clark County. CELEBRATING INDIANA'S LANDMARK SPANS. This fine example of a Filled-Spandrel Arch has crossed Martindale Creek in Wayne County since 1912. Built in 1887 by the Smith Bridge Company, this Howe Truss span crosses Salt Creek near the Hamlet of Enochsburg in Franklin County.
