Gulab jal or kewada can be added for extra flavour. 189; 1 cup of yogurt. A cup of water. 189; a cup of ice cubes. 3 to 5 teaspoons of sugar(or as you require ). A pinch of salt. A dollop of plain yogurt for garnishing. Add a dollop of fresh yogurt on top.

One of the great dessert recipes much famous in France than in India but i am sure that once you make this recipe, you will love to make it again and again, so lets move on to make culler. 1 cup Condensed milk. 1 tblsp Powdered sugar. 2 cups sieved Refined flour. 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon powder. A pinch Nutmeg (Jaiphal) grated. A pinch Baking powder. Oil for deep frying. Add the beaten eggs into the basin and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon till the sugar is completely dissolved.

The recipe is very easy and quick to make, also the best thing is that the kids love this recipe very much and its healthy too, so lets move on to prepare Shrikhand. 1 (18 ounce) container plain yogurt. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp rose water (optional). 1/2 tsp ground cardamom.
