Rice Cake and Fried Tomato Napoleon. 2 cups of rice (cooked). 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar. 2 tbs of cilanto. 1/4 cup shredded fresh cabbage. 2 tsp sea salt. 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar. 1/4 of small white onion. Slice the tomatoes so they are about a half an inch thick. Sea salt the tomatoes on each side and place them in the frying pan with the remaining oil. Fry about a minute on each side or until they look slightly charred. February 8, 2015. 1/2 tsp of Salt.

Tuesday, 12 January 2010. 1 tsp mixed herbs. 2 tbls tomato ketchup. 4 Chicken stock cubes - the more used the stronger the gravy. 1 - 4 tablespoons of Corn flour - the more used, the thicker the gravy. 1) Cut the vegatables in pieces. It doesn't matter what size. 2) Place all the ingredients except the cornflour into a large pan, cover with water, replace the lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
