说起来这其实是我在纽约吃第一顿饭的地方，只可惜当时刚飞完十几个小时，又在JFK被海关虐了两小时 话说每次走JFK过海关都有一种“妈的老子再也不来美国了” 的感觉 ，整个人基本上处于混沌之中，加上他们家实在是昏暗的灯光，到现在连半点味觉记忆都没有了。 参考了一下，餐馆周菜单上的主菜有两道是Primi 意面 Pasta 两道是Secondi的肉菜，价格分别在19 - 26刀之间，光主菜就看起来很值的了。 于是开始点菜，前菜选了意式饺子 Calzones 和章鱼烩菜，主菜点得有点“穷凶极饿”，直接无视意大利国宝Pasta而选择了两道Secondi，可惜的是菜单上的牛肋排当日没有，只能换作牛脸肉 Beef Cheek ，另一道是煎鳕鱼 Cod。 再就是橄榄油的使用，主菜用的橄榄油可能煎一煎只是为了提升食材的味道，但这前菜面包蘸的橄榄油是冷得，要靠着面包上的一点余热散发出令人食欲大振的香味，给面包本身带来顺滑的口感，要求其实是高得多了，而橄榄油的质量，很大程度上就决定了一家意大利餐厅的质量，这也是为什么会有意大利餐厅直接就叫Extra Virgin 橄榄油级别中的顶级 的原因。
