We bought a few more souvenirs than normal. After the shopping trip Jason stopped by Raffy to pick up a pizza for lunch. Igår var det 6 månader sedan jag hämtade min lilla tjej på barnhemmet och åkte mot huvudstaden för att träffa storasyster och mormor. Vilken förvirrande dag det måste ha varit. För oss allihop. Sen är det så att mitt smeknamn i adoptionsvärlden kanske borde ändras, för jag är faktiskt inte singel längre. Men, adopterat som singel har jag gjort så det är kanske ok. Three months ago Ivan said goodbye to the only family he had ever known and started his new life with his forever family. On one hand it seems like it was just yesterday that we were in Bulgaria picking him up, and on the other, it feels like he's always been with us. It's hard to remember what life was like before he joined our family. Visiting Katy the Orangutan. He loves the walrus!

I just got to use the cool apple de-corer/peeler! 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1/3 cup melted margarine. Peel and slice 4-6 medium apples. Place into 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle with topping.
