Three months ago Ivan said goodbye to the only family he had ever known and started his new life with his forever family. On one hand it seems like it was just yesterday that we were in Bulgaria picking him up, and on the other, it feels like he's always been with us. I just got to use the cool apple de-corer/peeler! 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1/3 cup melted margarine. Peel and slice 4-6 medium apples. Place into 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle with topping.
