Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Saturday, June 11, 2011. Josh with our friend Joe making pizzas. We stocked up with about 20 individual doughs to put in the freezer- wuhoo! And, I'm 20 weeks pregnant with a girl! Thursday, June 9, 2011. Happy 3rd Birthday to our beautiful daughter, Rachel! We had several celebrations for Rachel's birthday. 1st- with family, with sparklers from her Sunday school teacher, and with friends at her birthday party. Each event was equally fun and we were thankful for them all!

Thursday, September 15, 2011. School has started and so has field trips of all sorts. Every Thursday in September, the HIGH museum offered free toddler Thursdays. I wasn't sure how great the experience was going to be for my two young ones, but it was better than I thought. They had several custom activities throughout the day for the kids. Monday, June 27, 2011. That's how many days it has been since the day that my beautiful baby girl was born. Things did not go exactly the way that we planned for them to on that day. She decided that one is never too young to start giving her parents heart-attacks and grey hairs. She was destined to be a girlie girl from the very beginning.(note the bow-bow). On that day, we weren't sure that we were ever going to make it to this day. But here we are, we have come a long ways! Clearly, still ALL girl.

I just got to use the cool apple de-corer/peeler! 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1/3 cup melted margarine. Peel and slice 4-6 medium apples. Place into 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle with topping.
