I’m going to start recording my eating and fitness habits daily from tomorrow so I can review them in black and white and hopefully improve on them. Ideally I want to drop a little body fat and get fit for the start of the next football season. This WordPress.com site is the bee's knees. I weighed myself this morning and came in at 160 lbs so aiming for 128g. Of protein per day. Today my total cals came in at just over 2000. Ideally I would like that abit closer to 2500 problem was small breakfast, small lunch and a massive dinner! Main thing is my protein intake was 160g. So hit my target. Also managed 2 litres. This WordPress.com site is the bee's knees. Protein in pasta day. Hit 180 grams of protein today mainly due to a large protein shake for breakfast, water again was quite easy to consume 2 litres. Was quite suprised with the protein content in pasta (both wholemeal and white) although I belive pasta doesn’t contain certain amino acids, so obviously don’t consider it a good source of protein.
