Hit 180 grams of protein today mainly due to a large protein shake for breakfast, water again was quite easy to consume 2 litres. Was quite suprised with the protein content in pasta (both wholemeal and white) although I belive pasta doesn’t contain certain amino acids, so obviously don’t consider it a good source of protein.
