August 3, 2015. We just got back from a fun weekend in Bear Lake with Joe's family. It isn't Summer in Utah unless you make a trip to beautiful Bear Lake. I was happy that we found the time to go. Friday morning while driving to the beach we saw a moose down in the water about a half mile from where we spent the day. It was pretty cool. Max was so good at the beach, he had the best time playing in the sand. Max thought riding in that little basket was perfect! Until next time Bear Lake! August 2, 2015.

October 29, 2014. October has been one big disappointment this year. Why? Because our house has been plagued with sickness almost the whole month! Sores on your throat, fever, chills, sores that turn to blisters all over your hands, feet, and mouth. And to top it off there is no cure so you just get to suffer for 7-10 days! February 18, 2015. Valentine's morning I walked into Max's room and wished him a Happy Valentine's Day. His face beamed as he asked me "Did Santa leave me a surprise? We like to keep Valentine’s pretty simple and this year was no different. Joe worked both Valentine’s and President’s Day, no surprise there. So Saturday Max and I spent Valentine’s with the next best thing, Target! We had our usual heart pancakes per Max’s request and played out in the beautiful weather with our fun visitor, Uncle Ty.

Sunday, September 29, 2013. Thailand travels part 4: bangkok and beijing. Are you sick of these posts yet? We spent another day and a half in bangkok on the back end of the trip. We stayed with sister seangsuwan again, and she took us to eat at some local restaurants where i had no idea what i was ordering but it was some of the best food of the trip. i had to be brave, but the little shacks ended up being the best food - and the cheapest.
