Monday, September 5, 2011. When you're race is right around the corner when you can't stop thinking about it. I'm going into this week thinking how little I have prepared for the swim and the run, especially in these last few weeks. Not cool. I'm gonna hit the pool everyday this week. And do an hour bike. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. So a lot has happened since my last post, which was forever ago. Sorry about that. I'll explain why I've been away. A quick rundown of what's happened since Nation's Tri:. I did Savageman 30.0 without a wetsuit. Beasted on the bike and run. I did Waterman's Sprint. I crashed. Cracked my aerohelmet, and busted my aerobars. That said, I got up and I finished the race. A special Olympic triathlon because it's now a biathlon (not a duathlon); they cancelled the swim because of the disgustingness of the Potomac river.
