Panama City has been a bit of a shock to the system,. Arriving: marina, Miami like sky scrapers, air con- makes you ill! Night bus next to large lady. Lush- products and finding a store/ health food store: buying colloidal silver and 2 bags of ginger candies. Hospital: labour day- trauma. Process: anxiety/ letting go / planning ahead.
