Visual Artist - katie.shipley@btinternet.com. In October 2013 I worked with a group of young women from Stoke who. Are mothers or are pregnant. They wanted to create a sculpture out of wire that celebrated the pregnant form. We worked for a week on developing wire sculpture skills and generated this final piece. Workshops and interviwing people who have worked in the industry. The project resulted in an exhibition at Haden Hill House Museum. Click here for the Forging Links Website. Listening to Your Eyes.

Friday, March 23, 2018. Since I've finished my "assignments" for the month, I don't have anything specific to report, but I have been sewing! First, on Monday I finally got it together and mailed off the two quilts I made plus a few my mom made for the Share the Love. Quilt donations for A Doll Like Me.
