Saturday, June 6, 2009. When I was a freshman at BYU, I was sitting with my roommate, Amanda, and with another friend of ours eating lunch. I was telling a story, and right in the middle of my sentence, the friend said, "Did you know you have a really, soothing voice? I could feel my face filling up with redness and embarrassment. What did he mean? Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Saturday, May 2, 2009. This post is way overdue! It is now May, and I am finally posting about our trip to Xi'an that we took in March. Just a forewarning, this is going to be a long post. We did so many things and even something that was really extraordinary (keep reading to find out). Sean and I also uploaded a bunch of videos, so be sure to check those out too. Let's get started! Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Our Climb into the Past. A few weeks ago, Sean and I were able to go with some friends (Johnny, a friend from BYU. And Johnny's friend, Dan) to the Great Wall of China. Which is just northwest of Badaling. Was built during the Northern Qi. The view from the lift. Getting ready for our long hike. When we ...

Monday, May 28, 2012. We have had such a wonderful Year of the Dragon this 2012 already. To include all our family members in the fun, we sent take-out boxes with chocolate dipped fortune cookies inside. With the help of my sister, Ashley-Brooke and "womb-mate", Sean all fortunes arrived to everyone on the same day. Inside, the fortune read:. We couldn't be happier! This is a picture of me at 17 weeks. We just had our 20 week ultrasound and confirmed that we are having a boy! May 28, 2012 at 5:55 AM.

Favorable Floyds: August 2009

Thursday, August 13, 2009. What makes the girls go gaga here? Answer: When she sees a guy, up to date with the latest trends and fashions. You know when a guy is stylish based off of two things: 1. He has a perm, and his hair is fully of body, and has many layers. 2. He knows what the color of the day is. Today, the color was purple. Links to this post. When I saw it, I screamed with excitement! Finally, the puppy was tiered. Sean put him in a box next to him while he tried to sleep. Every two ho...

Sadly, my dad and brother couldn't make it, and we all missed them terribly. So here are some of the highlights! We went around to all of the main tourist sights (Temple of Heaven, the Forbidden City, the Ming Tombs, ate Peeking Duck, ate at our neighbor's house, climbed the Great Wall, and did A LOT of shopping! Next we went to the GREAT Wall!
