Wednesday, June 2, 2010. First week at home. Ok here are some pictures I got during Athena's first week at home:. She fell asleep in my cousin's hands as I was holding her. This was her second night. She was absolutely exhausted after visiting so many people. At this party alone there were between 15 and 20 people! She is definitely getting socialized to lots of people. But as the saying goes "a tired puppy is a happy puppy.". The first time she slept in her new bed. She LOVED it! Monday, May 24, 2010.

Sunday, October 4, 2015. Slowly Turning to Autumn. Sunday, August 30, 2015. We've finally had a little time to settle in, both doing some unpacking and enjoying the balcony and views. The wildfire smoke has made the mountains less visible lately but we've got plenty to look at. Austin has the webcam on the construction that is going on in front of us and we keep talking about the possibility of an Amtrak trip sometime. The train is about two blocks away and you can see it in the photo. And a sushi train!

Kelly and Ben Keep On Truckin'. For readers who felt one blog of ours wasn't enough. Sunday, January 13, 2013. Holidays and Vacation Part 1. The past month has been a whirlwind. It started with a great Thanksgiving week in Sparta with Kelly family and Ben's mother who made the trip from Arkansas. Our cabin was very serviceable and a great location on the ship. We walked around a bit, enjoyed a great first dinner and sat on the deck as we pulled away from south Florida. Of the 15 days, 7 were "at sea"....
