http://daddylegs.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html

So I received a $50 gift certificate to runningwharehouse.com. A book. Lisa and I both laughed when I held up the shorts. Mine was a "man I hope I can pull these off". Type of laugh. Lisa's was more of a "wow! I married a guy that wears shorts like that". Was I trying to divert attention away from my 9 minute pace?

Daddy Legs: Race Report: Seattle Rock-N-Roll Marathon and Half Marathon
http://daddylegs.blogspot.com/2010/07/race-report-seattle-rock-n-roll.html
38 minutes to Boston. Saturday, July 3, 2010. Race Report: Seattle Rock-N-Roll Marathon and Half Marathon. So my first ever full marathon now lives in hind sight . On Saturday morning of June 26, I and three siblings-in-law took to the streets of. It was large, fast and efficient. Greeters were stationed at the door to direct racers toward registration and non-racers unto the Expo floor. Based on my Thursday experience I have to give the registration a bug thumbs up. There were several hills, especially ...

Daddy Legs: June 2010
http://daddylegs.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
38 minutes to Boston. Monday, June 21, 2010. The race is days away and I have to talk myself out of upping my miles everyday. Today is a loosing battle. Instead of a four miler I'm going to do an easy two then finish up with 3.5 of Hills with the Hellgaters. I'll take the rest of the days easier. I promise. Update: I actually didn't do the Hill workout so I only went over my prescribed run by a half mile. Hardly a tantrum at all. More whiny than anything. Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Part of the saying. The T...

A brief word about privacy. Verb [ trans. ]. Daddy legs is a lack wit. He is a lack wit. Daddy Legs is lack witted. The run started...

Daddy Legs: The Crooklyn Half
http://daddylegs.blogspot.com/2011/04/crooklyn-half.html
38 minutes to Boston. Wednesday, April 20, 2011. So, with a 1:41 on the board I want to shoot for a sub 1:40 finish in Crooklyn next month. No, no typo, I spelled it Crooklyn. That's stolen from an old Spike Lee joint, but is a good term for my current feelings toward the hipster playground south of my beloved Queens. With no grace period. Anyway. That topic is for another more angry blog to be posted on the future. Please leave your thoughts about running! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Tea Captain...
