Friday, November 04, 2005. 1 red pepper (finely chopped). 1 carrot (finely grated). 1 cup fresh bread crumbs. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon beef seasoning. In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef with red pepper, carrot, bread crumbs, chili powder, beef seasoning, salt and pepper.
