Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Humidity is killing me. Did main site's wod:. Bench press, 30 reps (used 55#). Bench press, 20 reps. Bench press, 10 reps. Soaking wet with sweat afterwards and still had to run errands. Yuck! But overall a good workout! Nice but you cant bench much longer! June 15, 2010 at 10:09 PM. Friday, March 12, 2010. 10 rounds.a bit much! Yesterday I did a previous day's workout. 135# DL, 15 reps. I started off with 115#, but ended up having to go down to 95# after round 4. Also started with men's push-ups and ended up having to go to women's push-ups after round 4. Not even going to mention my time. I know I was doing a lot of talking and not much sucking! If you burn the morning’s steel cut oats thoroughly enough, you can still enjoy the burnt smell that evening. Incidentally, no one will notice if you make popcorn, since the burnt oat smell covers it up. A brown bag, post-school, pre-soccer lunch in the minivan pretty much guarantees that the new carseat no longer looks quite so new. She’s supposed to pick dandelions, right? That fancy, shiny new gate?

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Multi-tasking isn't (always) my friend. For example, it is not advisable for me to attempt to schedule Madeline's doctors' appointments during breakfast. Apparently paying attention to the receptionists and the calendar meant I failed to notice that John David could actually reach the bowl of Greek yogurt that I'd planned to feed him.
