Sunday, April 24, 2011. The Day After Resurrection Sunday. So the cat is out of the bag! So to speak) HE IS RISEN! No longer do his followers sit engulfed in sadness and no longer does his body lay in the tomb- he is alive! Gone is the hopelessness of just 24 hours ago, gone is the fullness of the tomb and the emptiness of their hearts, and gone is the doubting and the confusion of how to go on. We just finished up our Disciple Now Weekend 2010 and I am really excited about what is going on in the student ministries at Plymouth! Heather wants to get into gardening a bit- since we have somewhat of a yard to work with- I love going to the Home Depot- so its a win-win situation! This summer is going to be a busy one for us! Wednesday, December 10, 2008. New Addition to Our Family! We got a dog! She is a two year old German Shepard/Terrier Mix - SHE IS SMALL! Her name is Maggie and we adopted her from the Wake County Animal Center in Raleigh. The last time I (Lawrence) was at that place, my mom and I were dropping off my favorite dog Mandy (a black lab) who could not stay in the fence at home. we dropped her off when I was in 8th Grade. She is house trained and does not bark- which is good! She is also very sweet!

Lawrence's Roundabout Well Appeal

Lawrence was a normal, bright, happy and healthy boy who had a wicked sense of humour and was mad about football. When Lawrence was six he started to have difficulties with his hearing. These problems got worse over the next few months and in October 2004 a brain scan revealed that Lawrence was suffering from an extremely rare degenerative condition called Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD). Within six months of the diagnosis Lawrence was unable to move,. Could no longer talk and had to be fed by tube.
