First, it must be noted that drinking 8 oz. of water every half hour isn't a sustainable practice. After the first few hours, I quickly decided to use my head rather than stick to a vow which didn't make sense. I'm back in the water habit! Not 8 oz. every half hour, but definitely more often than before. Food tracking - check.

Tonight was Benjamin's first real trick or. Treating experience and it did not take long for him to catch on. say trick or treat = get candy, smile at the neighbors = get candy, blow kisses = get more candy! Benjamin has definately been enjoying himself this summer. He got the baby pool for his birthday and both he and I have been enjoying it every chance we get. I survived my first business trip away from my guys, Tom survived being in charge and 3am feedings and Benjamin sat back and continued to be his cute laid back self! He is still the flirt of daycare smiling and cuddling with anyone who wishes to hold him. I think we do need to start working on learning to use inside voices though!
