A bit about me…. I love to take photographs. I take hundreds. All day every day. And I’m pretty sure my kids will grow up thinking you can’t actually eat a meal without first taking a photo of it. Downloading Instagram really ignited my passion for photography and eventually led to me starting this blog. A bit about me…. This is something I love to eat during the summer. You don’t need much else with it, it’s a meal in itself but a piece of roast chicken, lamb or some sausages would be welcome. I use Jamie Oliver’s recipe for this salad. 200 g stale bread (Jamie recommends ciabatta, I use campaillette). 600 g ripe mixed tomatoes, roughly chopped. 1 handful small capers, drained. 1 small red onion, peeled and very finely sliced. 280 g jarred red peppers, drained and roughly chopped. A bunch of fresh basil.

A bit about me…. Sweet Potato Fish Pie. A beautiful creamy fish pie full of fresh herbs and made a little lighter from a sweet potato topping. Sweet Potato Fish Pie. 2 large sweet potatoes. 1 pack of fish pie pieces, I used @abelandcole’s (in fact it was the appearance of this in this week’s ‘fantastic fish box’ that prompted me to make fish pie). 4 or 5 spring onions, finely sliced. 1/2 pack chives, chopped. 1/2 pack dill, snipped. Small handful of grated Parmesan cheese. Handful of grated cheddar cheese.
