Wednesday, May 27, 2009. A Day to Remember and Make Memories. On Monday we all headed to Utah Lake to make some memories of our own. We had a picnic with plenty of food. However, Bailey and Jada were so mesmerized by the lake that they hardly ate anything. The nice weather stayed just long enough for us to have smores and get the jet skis running. Monday, February 8, 2010. I didn't realize it had been sooo long since my last post. Many fun, exciting and frustrating things have unraveled in these last months. So I finished last semester at school passing two classes and failing my calculus class (that's the 'frustrating'). Who would have guessed it? Here are some of the "before" pictures of our house. Over Labor Day weekend we went to Nevada to visit Mike's parents and his brother Jason. While we were there Mike's parents took us over to "Boomtown" to play some games. The following weekend we used the tickets I won off the radio to Roaring Springs waterpark. They arrived early and got to mingle with the performers and learn some new tricks :). A bit about me…. Summer Veg Soup with Pasta and Pesto. Every now and then I get a real craving for a soup like this, fresh with chunky vegetables and filling pasta, topped with dollops of pesto and Parmesan shavings. You can use whatever veg you fancy or you have in the fridge.
