Welcome to Lynn (Nonnie) Sandifer's site! Speak for themselves and we have a bunch. Lost 25 Pounds in 9 Weeks. I tried to deal with life and my weight on my own. I would eat nothing but salads and everything fat free and would gain weight. I have the support of an amazing man, that said he loved me no matter what size I got, that me as a person had not changed. So I never thought I had to lose weight.
