Weight Loss / Health Gain Journal. Monday, January 17, 2005. It's Been a Few Days. Well what can I say, this is harder much harder than it sounds. I would like to thank Stephanie for posting a comment. It is nice that someone else is reading. Well on to the news. No weight loss yet. I am still lingering around the 260 mark, but I must say that I have not done a great job changing my eating habits. I have been to the Fitness Center 6 out of the last 7 days.
