My Weight Loss Journey. Losing weight is a head game. Period. October 14, 2012. I have lost and gained weight so many times that I have lost count. I know how many Weight Watchers points are in most foods. I know the carbohydrate count of most of the foods that I eat. Maybe you do too. When I follow a plan, I invariably lose weight. Don’t get me wrong, the logistics (eating plan, exercise, etc.) are important but the work that you do in your mind is critical for lifelong weight loss and health.
