Hey everyone. I don't think I've ever posted in this community before, but I have a couple of questions so I guess now is a good time to start. My other question is about yoga. I'll be starting my junior year of college in a few weeks and I'm taking yoga this semester. I can't wait! Does it keep you from being able to do yoga poses correctly?
