This was the first time I've let my students cook with hot oil, and it went off without a hitch! 1 onion, chopped. 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil. 1 medium tomato, chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 4 oz green chilies, chopped. 1 lb ground beef. 4 oz mild cheddar cheese, grated. 10 flour tortillas (10-inches).
