A few years back (will not tell you how many! I booked the trip using Expedia. A few days before we left and headed to the big apple on a Friday morning!

When I run a Google search on customer loyalty there are hundreds, if not thousands of articles returned. In my particular area of research I’m interested in the antecedents to customer loyalty. 8211; or what comes first. To understand what antecedents are, I like to compare them to a cake.
