Life With The Cuenys: October 2009

http://lifewiththecuenys.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html

Life With The Cuenys. Friday, October 2, 2009. We spent the night with friends at their boating club called Club Island. It was wonderful weather and we all had a great time. It felt like a true get away. Here are some pictures and a video of Isabella, Emily and Shannon tubing. The big pile on - poor Emily on the bottom. Grace loved the ice cream. Notice how big the scoop is. Posted by Bella, Grace, Polly, Mark. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Blogs I'm related to. These are people who have visited my Blog.

The trouble with Retirement is that there is never a day off. Sunday, August 2, 2009. Our summer has been full of great adventures and I want to share one of them with you. In late July we were able to take Bella and Grace to visit Judy's Aunt Gerry and Uncle Louie in Mancelona. All visitors to the island are called " fudgies. Life of Ella: April 2009

http://lifeofella.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html

Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Dude: blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda. And there you have it, what Ella learned while I was away at Bay Harbor for a weekend with Polly celebrating her fortieth birthday. I'm still laughing. But I am getting ahead of myself. Rewind to Thursday. I felt really weird about leaving for some reason. I had been looking forward to this spa weekend since Polly suggested it. A long weekend at a spa resort, who wouldn't LOVE that! Isabella showing the latest eye wear. Amazing. I ...

The trouble with Retirement is that there is never a day off. Wednesday, January 7, 2009. Slacker, Slacker . I will only admit to two "slacker's" since it's only been about 2 weeks since I last sat down at the computer. It certainly has been a busy time since those days included Christmas and New Year's. It will be difficult catching up without being too long, but I will do my best. Dan , Steve, Kate, and Steven . We are all kids when it comes to presents. Steven, Dad and Lisa. Life With The Cuenys. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. First Day of School. Isabella was a bit nervous yet excited to go to school. She knows most of the kids in her class but wasn't sure about the teacher. We were sad to find out though that our favorite bus driver, Mrs. Candy is not her driver this year. This is Grace waving goodbye to Isabella as the bus drove away. She was sad to see Isabella go and as she waved she said "Goodbye Bella, I'll miss you". They are both off to a great start. I got here by accident. Now I don't want to go back. Friday, July 01, 2005. I arrived in Mumbai this morning. My Inbox had a message from a very close buddy. It finds a permanent place as the last post on this blog:. Its hardly been 12 hours since you left this place, but I miss you already. I don't know why, it can't be because we met every day,. It can't be because we smoked together,. Nor can it be because we shared a drink,. It can't be because we stayed at the same place,. Number in Mumbai would I?

Musings from Cleveland-- Sprawled Across the Davenport of Despair

Thursday, August 26, 2010. Just came back here and saw the active comment section. Not sure if anyone cares to tell me why/how this happened? I don't mind, and am rather amused. Dave's a place, not a person, for what it's worth. Saturday, September 9, 2017. Why I love it here. Without further ado, the 2017 Westminster West Community Fair. It starts with a parade. This year's theme: New Beginnings. Each of those little white flags below has the name of a kid born within the last year. Musings from Doha | Musings of a Miami girl living in Doha, Qatar

Musings of a Miami girl living in Doha, Qatar. Doha as Character Building. May 10, 2015. By Alex bint Eisa. To those of you who I talk to on a regular basis, and/or read my twitter, you’ll know that I absolutely hate one of my professors. I have also always tended to believe that people tend to behave the way they do because they’ve never been made to do otherwise. Not too long ago I would always cower from confrontation. And though it still makes me super uncomfortable, I’m learning that most ...My most...

Musings From Dot

Participating in the Blogging from A to Z Challenge using a variety of topics. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. I’m a big fan of zebras. I just love seeing the contrast between the white skin and the black stripes, and thinking about how the patterns on zebras are as individual to them as fingerprints are to us. I love to see the alternating stripes of black and white in the hair of their manes. While very striking to look at, I will admit that zebras are a little boring to stitch. The stripes also serve to diss...

Monday, January 25, 2010. Minnesota Vikings Blame George W. Bush For Playoff Loss. Citing his failed response to Katrina, the presence of his father in Saints owner Tom Benson's private booth, as well as the fact that everything else seems to be his fault, the Minnesota Vikings today blamed their overtime NFC Championship loss to the New Orleans Saints on former President George W.
