Musings from My Heart. Thoughts and ponderings, ideas and insights, creation and creations, seeking and sharing how to live a life pleasing to my LORD God and Savior. Monday, May 10, 2010. Since returning home from Haiti, I have been thinking about what I want to share and the lessons learned while there. Another purpose was to deliver funds for relief efforts which were given to those in positions who would best know who to help and how. One recipient we know of was a young woman whose husband was k...

Musings from My Heart. Thoughts and ponderings, ideas and insights, creation and creations, seeking and sharing how to live a life pleasing to my LORD God and Savior. Tuesday, August 10, 2010. He is working in many ways and in many places. So, how do I know where I am to work? Now I am faced with another possibility of service. so...

Saturday, July 15, 2006. Thanks to my rain-rides and slipping on ferry gangways, I had managed to bend my girl's handlebar. Although very minor, I could feel the discomfort while riding her on straight roads. The steering felt a whole lot smoother and the handlebar and front-wheel were now perfectly aligned. I guess that's what the magic of the Pardewala, next to the Sai Mandir in Vile Parle, is all about. Posted by Just Me at 11:00 AM. Wednesday, July 12, 2006. Posted by Just Me at 9:20 AM. Musings from my journey
Musings from my journey. The diagnosis (from Feb 2014). September 24, 2014. I didn’t cry until the surgeon told me that I would need a mastectomy. I couldn’t believe there was a lump at first. I googled ‘breast lumps’ and the information I took was not to worry; that most lumps in the breast are nothing; that women approaching menopause often get lumps, etc etc. I then looked up the government’s free Breastscreen service. Long story short, I went to have my initial mammogram on January 22. ...After the p...

Musings from Mylapore
Musings from Mylapore: You will find musings, random thoughts, inspiration and quirky views by yours truly. Monday, 13 April 2015. A new avatar of Musings. I started this blog sometime two years ago and posted stuff about Raks and the very many quaint things that I came across in Mylapore.
