Tanker om CrossFit og Træning. Frederiks burpee pullup nightmare. Once more I did two sessions in a day. One with Kathrine and in the evening I joined Frederiks strength and crossfit classes in Fitness World. You go, I go with Kathrine. 20 power snatch @45/37,5kg. We took turns at doing 5 reps all the way through. This marked my first session with Frederik in a long time. At boy, it was hard. 5 reps 5 sets. 3 sets of 10 reps @30kg with 1 sek hold in top position. 2 sets of 8 presses @30kgs. August 6, 2015.
