My Kitchen Antics: February 2015

http://mykitchenantics.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

I, Me, Myself. Tuesday, 24 February 2015. Shami kebabs with coriander-mint chutney. So the next best thing is to try and make your own. I have a few favourites that i have proudly mastered, like the Afghani murgh malai kebabs. The beef seekh kebabs. And they make it to the table at most of my parties because they are so easy to make. Shami kebabs on the other hand is a bit difficult to make, i admit, but so frikking tasty and def up there on the kebab list. Like seriously melt-in-the-mouth types. If ther...

I, Me, Myself. Sunday, 9 August 2015. Trip to Suffolk Part 2- Blythburgh Free Range Pork. Day two started off pretty early with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, and off we went to Blythburgh farm where Jimmy and Alastair Butler met us. We piled onto a dusty farm tractor of sorts and they drove us through their farm, stopping by in between to talk us through the whole process of free range pig rearing. Jimmy and Alistair are clearly very passionate about what they do at Blythburgh. It was a lovely 2 day t...

My Kitchen Antics: Harissa spiced eggs on cheesy English muffins

http://mykitchenantics.blogspot.com/2015/05/harissa-spiced-eggs-on-cheesy-muffins.html

I, Me, Myself. Thursday, 14 May 2015. Harissa spiced eggs on cheesy English muffins. Over time i changed the procedure and ingredients a bit, but it still is hands down one of the best recipes I've learnt from Dora. I have also used the authentic home made harissa paste she gave me, which is as authentic as it can get. Once you taste the real thing, you will not want to try any of the store bought versions. English muffins- 2, sliced in half to get 4. Cheddar cheese slices- 4. Olive oil- 1 tbsp. Harissa ...

Mixed veg. paella. White onion- 1, thinly sliced. Garlic- 4 pods, crushed and chopped into tiny slices. Cumin powder- 1 tsp.

The greatest WordPress.com site in all the land! My Kitchen and Your Kitchen. Felipe’s Taqueria – a restaurant review. During our weekend trip we ate at delicious places, my top picks were Cafeteria. We stopped at Insomnia Cookies. All in all, Felipe’s fell on the lower end of the spectrum of food we sampled in ...
