This WordPress.com site is the cat’s pajamas. Fresh Summer Recipe: Peach Salsa. Light and Healthy Salads. June 7, 2012. Fresh Basil, chopped coarse. Banana Pepper rings (optional). Whole black olives (optional). Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. Add in whole spinach leaves and coarsely chopped basil leaves. Rinse tomatoes, olives and banana peppers and add to salad. Add onion slices. Top with crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Southwestern Black Bean Salad.
