Wednesday, November 28, 2012. I hate to cook! Ever night I hear "Mom, what's for dinner" I cringe! A few weeks ago, I decided to remedy that, and now, I only have to cook 2 nights a week :). I decided it's time the kids learn how to cook. James could be going on a mission in 4 1/2 years and he needs to be prepared, right? So each kid got to choose a favorite meal and I started teaching them how to cook it. As soon as they've mastered that meal, they get to choose a different one to learn how to cook.

Monday, 8 November 2010. Dawn French is everywhere at the moment because she's just published her first novel. I love Dawn French; she was superb in. The Vicar of Dibley. Wednesday, July 30, 2014. The year of Toph. First day of senior year 2013. Some of his dances. He played football his senior year. He made some great friends and enjoyed being part if the team. He had his appendix out in the middle of football season. Christmas morning was different with just Toph to see what Santa brought. Toph had hurt hid thumb snowboarding so Josh cut up his food. We did a March to the Temple. Maegan surprised us and came home when Grandma Betty passed away. Just a great picture.

He had cancer and a severe case of the grumps, but he still left us feeling like something was missing. That was when I had the brilliant idea to foster kittens. But look at these little faces. Recently, I bought a kit from Stacey Trock for a Valentine version of her famous pattern Nelson the Owl (the link in the caption goes to the pattern's Ravelry page). I'm really excited because this is my first Nelson and he's 100% wool! Such a worthy investment in buying the kit. I'm even considering putting beads around the heart that will go on his chest!
