It is storming here now! I didn’t get to lay out in the sun a whole lot because of the clouds but oh well. I got a start on my community outreach project and it is looking good so I got something accomplished. Tonight I used another Ellie recipe to make Balsamic Chicken. I actually didn’t have balsmaic vinegar so I used red wine vinegar and it was quite delish! I also used an all natural parmesan risotto instead of couscous. Here is the recipe. A few things done. Well so far I’ve gotten a good start on my day. I’ve worked out, showered and had breakfast. Now it is time to get baking for Jacob’s party and homework! The baking part will be fun at least. My nephew will be 3 this Sunday! My other nephew Caleb will be 1 the following weekend. They are growing up entirely to fast!
