James' Triathlon Training Blog: December 2013
http://trijames.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
James' Triathlon Training Blog. Wednesday, 18 December 2013. 24 hours of turbo torment. 21 months on. A lot of talk about knighthoods and Sufferfests recently has got me reminiscing (not sure it is the right word but hey) about turbo torment. With the website down and the report not here before, I thought I'd stick it up for a bit of fun as I reread it. So here is that terribly painful weekend in February 2012. Lots of late nights were had, but the result was worth it as I’m sure you’ll see. I’d be...

If You Can't Move It, Climb It: On Track
http://cantmoveitclimbit.blogspot.com/2015/08/on-track.html
If You Can't Move It, Climb It. The blog of a girl who accidentally decided to climb a mountain. Monday, 10 August 2015. When my house move made staying with my running club unfeasible I was determined to join a new club local to me. I looked online to see what my options were, found a couple and decided on one. Great! Now all I had to do was get along there. Credit: Bracknell Athletics Club. Do you use a track, either with a club or on your own? Do you find it useful? 12 August 2015 at 08:12. January 9t...

Running away from reality. I can’t believe that it’s September already! For some reason I always associate September with new beginnings and the end of summer. I guess it’s because the school and academic year started in September. Anyway, I’m waffling. As you know since the beginning of the year I’ve been producing monthly summaries of my training. I’ve also shared some of my experiences as a not very influential Birmingham-based running blogger. What would I do differently given the opportunity? Accord...

http://www.charlotte-hanson.co.uk/2015/03/eastleigh-10km-2015
Eastleigh 10km, 2015. It’s been a while since I last wrote a blog… Sorry guys. What can I say, it’s been a busy few weeks. However within these weeks I managed to run the final of my three 10kms (for the first quarter of the year) before the Tri season starts. Also reminisced about the good times had, last year at the Abu Dhabi Tri,. Whilst watching the ITU crowd bash out the times in the blistering heat and also packing in some solid runs and rides in the awesome UK weather (cough cough). With a spate o...

Just a Jog: Marathon des Sables: hydration
http://www.justajog.com/2013/02/marathon-des-sables-hydration.html
To run is fun. To blog about the jog is even better. Friday, 8 February 2013. Marathon des Sables: hydration. Along with testing out your rucksack before you go, it is important to test out your hydration system too to make sure it works for you. What hydration system should I take? You have a number of choices;. Bottles on the front. Bottles on the side. Complete with side bottles has now been launched and Laurence Klein (3x female winner) endorses it so could be worth a punt. How much should I drink?

Juneathon Day 23 | The PhD Runner
https://thephdrunner.com/2015/06/24/juneathon-day-23
Running away from reality. Thankfully my left foot was pain free and I was able to go for a much needed run. I decided to give my foot a break from the pavement pounding, and after waiting forever for my Garmin to function, headed towards the top end of Sutton Park. Less than 10 minutes later I was back running on one of my favourite trails in the park. I love living so close to Sutton Park and will miss my quiet trails when I move away. Cumulative Juneathon Distance 36.06 km. June 24, 2015. You are comm...
