Molly's Losin It, People! A weight loss journey – buckle up for the ride. Weigh In….(drum roll, please). I’ve been on Optifast for 28 days, and today I weighed in at the doctor’s office . Total loss in 28 days – 27 lbs! I’m going to Hawaii for a week (starting Sunday), and I am not taking my Optifast with me. I’ll be off program that week and a week in March. Other than those two times, it’s me, five shakes, and a half-gallon of water, baby! So why is now the right time to lose the weight? Feb 11, 2012.

Well no terrible hunger has appeared yet even though I spent my first week eating real food. I’m still loving my vegetables and I even ventured off track a little and had some raw veggies too. One of the contestants in The Office Comp makes the decision on what we have for lunch on Free Lunch Wednesday. Breakfast – Burger patty with cheese. Lunch – Salad. Dinner – Tuna with salad. Snacks – Almonds. Total Calories – 1250. I was strong for about the first time this year and passed on the seafood. Tomorrow, I need to pass on the BBQ Feast we are having during a Lunch and Learn.

That bumped me from 6th place to 3rd in the biggest loser contest. I still have a long way to go to catch 1 and 2. They are well past 6.3% and I am down around 4%.
