Chugging along and Loving it! Salmon with Coconut cream sauce. 1 lb salmon fillet (wild caught). 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional). 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. 2 tsp coconut oil. 1 large shallot, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. Zest of one lemon. Juice of one lemon. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 2 Tbs fresh basil, chopped.

Day 4 of Paleo. So for Friday I have been feeling really tired. I didn't even make it to crossfit today because I got out of work late and just wanted to sleep. It even got in the way of me making dinner last night. I dont know if its the change in food or all the extra gym time I put in this week!
