CROSSFIT - If you don't get nervous before a workout, you're just at the gym. 95lb front squat.plus I climbed higher on the ropes than I ever had, and I used a green band for all my pullups.I did not finish the workout, but I worked my ass off.literally. 9 deadlifts 115lbs (all sets unbroken).
